Shipping Terms and Conditions

Olsen's Scandinavian Foods sends your packages via UPS or USPS.  If you prefer, we can also ship via other carriers upon your request.

Please note all shipping costs, as well as a $3.00 handling fee, will be added to the invoice of all shipments.

Orders are subject to merchandise being on hand.  Prices are subject to change without notice.   We suggest sending any perishable items via: UPS Next Day Air or Second Day Air or USPS Priority Mail.  We do not guarantee the condition of perishable food or glass during shipment. If a problem should occur, please contact: UPS at (800) 742-5877 or USPS at (800) 275-8777.

Exchanges and Returns

We will happily accept an exchange or a return if the merchandise is in its original condition.  A refund will be credited to the credit card account number that accompanied your order. You will need to pay for return shipping.
